I saw an ad on Instagram for a GSM WiFi which specifically supports 5G signal. For the price offered, it was a bargain. It was offered on their platform for payment and free shipping. Once the order arrived, I discovered it did not support 5G, it was unbranded device made of cheap material and exact similar item is found elsewhere for less than a quarter of the price they were offering.

The Dilemma starts from here; I requested a return, after few days they replied and asked for explanation of the issue.. I explained; but after few days they asked for pictures of the product and postal tracking numbers and a picture of the item; once I provided all that; couple of days passed and then they asked for a video showing the issue; I provided a video for the issue and proved from the device setup menu that it does not support 5G; again couple of days later; they asked me to make sure I am in a 5G covered area (Which is stupid thing since the device does not support 5G and I am in a 5G covered area); Later they offered me a substitute item from an accomplice cheap online website that offered cheap items you don't need and asked me to pick any item as a replacement; almost giving up on their customer service, I selected an item; but then they asked me to pay for the shipping cost which was more than the value of the item and shipping cost combined. When I refused; they claimed that they cannot return the item since it did not have any damage. So, if they ship an item that is not according to the description, they consider its OK since its not damaged.

Intermedia Cloud Communications - Over billed first than billed for 5 months after cancellation of service Sunnyvale California

We signed up for free testing period with Intermedia Cloud Communications for their service back in June 2022 with possibly going live after successful testing period. After we finished the free testing period we were waiting for our Rep "John Segara of Intermedia Cloud Communications" to negotiate a better price for us.

For over six weeks we were not able to reach John Segara of Intermedia Cloud Communications to get an update on his negotiations. We called and emailed John Segara of Intermedia Cloud Communications many times. We even esclated it to find out if he is still working Intermedia Cloud Communications. We were told in the end of August 2022 that he is till with the company and he will be in touch with us soon.

To our shock and surprise we got an email on 09/15/2022 informing us that we have a bill for $9,041.64. We tried to call John Segara of Intermedia Cloud Communications and try to find out why did the billing start without telling us and why the bill is so high for 7 to 10 lines. We were not successful at reaching John Segara of Intermedia Cloud Communications.

We did escalte it to Intermedia Cloud Communications Billing Dept. After some research by Intermedia Cloud Communications representative by the name of Kelly R., she informed us that our Rep. John Segara of Intermedia Cloud Communications signed us up for 245 Pro Licences (over 235 licences of what we need).

After weeks of complaining finally they did reduce our bill but still charged us for service we did not use.

To our surprise we got a call from John Segara of Intermedia Cloud Communications on 09/21/2022. John Segara of Intermedia Cloud Communications aplogized and informed us that for personal financial gain, he was pressured by his manager to sign us up for 245 Pro Licenses to get a bigger commission and to show higher ups in the company excellent sales numbers. This appears to be fraud.

John Segara of Intermedia Cloud Communications informed us that now he will have to return his commission.

On a phone call on 09/21/2023 or shortly there after, we requested from John Segara of Intermedia Cloud Communications to cancel the account and he assured us that he have his company cancel it.

To our surprise yesterday (04/12/2023) while check our spam filter we found an email from Intermedia Cloud Communications threatening us by sending the account to collection and reporting us to Credit Agencies.

We called Intermedia Cloud Communications to find out what are the charges for. Jesus a Rep Intermedia Cloud Communications told us the charges are for service we already cancelled and informed us that a different Rep will call us back.

Angela M of Intermedia Cloud Communications called and informed us that the charges stand and we have to pay them even though we cancelled the service back in 09/21/2022 and we did not use the service at all.

We are requesting refund for 5 months.

Boost Mobile -- Verbally Abusive, Theft, Fraud, Lies, Gaslighting, Reprisal, False Accusations, Retaliation --

I placed an order for a Boost Mobile TCL Flip Phone and a prepaid SIM plan. That Sunday evening I receive an email indicating that the phone had shipped. It seemed too soon.

In that email was an order number, but no shipping or tracking number, or indication of the carrier. I called later Monday wanting to know, and to have them confirm, how the phone shipped. During that call, a number of things happened and the dialog and templates would repeat for/on as many as a dozen or more subsequent calls to the 800 number for Boost Mobile:

I was asked for the order number and what kind of phone I had ordered. I was then put on hold for long periods of time. I was asked over and over again for the order number. The screen shot of that is provided showing the email that indicated it. I was told that they can not find the order number and it is malformed.

They asked how I ordered the phone. I said their website. They seemed confused by that. They also said they have no idea how the order shipped or what carrier was used. I was told to call another number and the number they gave me is the 800 number I called.

I was put on hold and the line dropped or I was hung up on. I offered to provide detailed screen shots emailed to them to help, etc. They did not respond to that or confirm I should do so. Then after a week or more, I get an email indicating that I need to activate my new phone, being an Apple iPhone Pro 12.

That is not what I ordered. I called again and the same problem (loop) as detailed above went on again.

Once I indicated I am tired of repeating myself, I was then accused of "Not Cooperating" to which I said, I have responded to each query you made to me on the phone and I told you the information that YOU provided for the order.

All of which had been done for 12 or more prior iterations. Beyond that I said you have not made any effort at dialog involving new questions to which I could "Cooperate" with. She then said she is calling a supervisor and that I am being refunded.

Then the call dropped again, I was hung up on, and after waiting 4 months, no refund. This pattern of behaviour was duplicated among many calls, on many varied and later days, with more than one phone agent, proving this is an internal pattern of fraud and abuse, and not just one person doing this.

This appears as reprisal, retaliation, and some form of effort to snipe on my character. The vanity is wrong.

In summary: Scads of lies, verbal abuse, false accusations, payment was made to them, no phone.

Anthony Jones asked me to go out of town to help him on a job. He told me he would cover my rental car, hotel, and daily food ON TOP of pay per hour. I asked him what kind of work I will be doing and he says all in the communication field which he knows is my profession. When I get there he tells me he is not covering my $500 rental vehicle that he never said that? Why would I go out of town and not get my travel paid for? I wouldve never went in the place??

Then I am there and I amshoveling rock, breaking and lifting heavy heavy asphalt. After a day, I told him that this is not what I agreed on workwise. He chuckles and said , you probably wouldnt have come if I did tell you. Correct I said.

Well I am already there so I thought I'll just tough it out and get through it. The rest of the time I am there, he belittles you, telling me i worked less hours for the day than I did, Expects me to work in the pouring rain everyday, work saturdays and sundays with no overtime, etc.

He is a horrible person to work for, treats you like a slave while he sits on the phone all day. Horrible experince . Do not work for the guy and if you give him your business, if there is a problem with the job afterwards, he is the kind of person to tell you tough luck and not even make things right.

If I could go lower in stars I would. My Grandpa went into the hospital on November 19th. My Grandpa passed away on November 27th. The service was activated on November 12th. My Mom received his bill and saw that his bill was over $200.00. She just called them today to explain to them that he had passed away and they wouldn't budge on the price. So ultimately they wanted my mom to pay them $200+ for 7 days worth of service. How does that make sense? She would've paid them for the 7 days but she's not going to pay them over $200 for 7 days. Good luck collecting it from him since he is no longer with us. I wish companies would have a little bit of compassion and understanding instead of just caring about the money. It would've definitely made sad mother that just lost her father to COVID a little easier. WOW is all I have to say. I hope this company gets shut down. I will be posting reviews on every single complaint site that I can.

I applied for a distributorship to sell their phone cards WinnipegéManitoba area. The package that I ordered included 7 talking machines plus phone cards for the sum of $19,888.54 including taxes. This was in October 2019, to date I have received some phone cards but no machines and every time I call or e-mail all I get is one excuse after another. Sure, I will admit with the co-vid shut down things were slow moving, but this was ordered 6 months before the pandamic hit.

Sorry I every got involved with them. just flushed $20,000. of my retirement income down the toilet.

I have been charged over $500 because the Motorola phone is set for WIFI and not cellular.

I was told I needed to purchase a Motorola phone or some other compatible phone because the iPhone which I was using at the time was incompatible with google fi’s system. So I purchased the phone specially for that purpose because I was going out of the county and needed an international calling plan. I selected the plan which was supposed to provide unlimited calls and text. https://fi.google.com/account#switchplan/start

However according to google fi support just this morning 4/22/21 this plan only applies if you are using WIFI and he further stated that I cannot use my WIFI because it is not supported in the country I am currently in. This statement is contrary to the information on their website, according to their website Kenya is supported which is where. I'm currently located.

Therefore, each call I have made is going through cellular calls even though it is not set for cellular on my phone, but WIFI. I have charges of over $500 because of this phone incompatibility with goggle's fi system, and their lack of providing accurate information. My phone is set for the WIFI as it should be not cellular and according to their support I would not be charged. And again, my phone is not set for cellular but for WIFI and all settings are those which I was instructed to set by the customer service reps.

The information listed on the following pages indicate that Kenya which is the country I am currently residing in is supported by google fi https://fi.google.com/about/international-rates/#K-section Therefore if there system was operating correctly my calls would have gone through my WIFI and not Celluar and therefore I should not have been charged. which is contrary to what I was told earlier by a customer service support person. See print screen shot below for countries covered by their plan as of today 4/22/2

I spoke with another support repersentative which said the information I had been provided regarding no charges when using WIFI was not correct and sent me to another link which list prices for using WIFI. They have numerous sites which are not linked together stating contrdicating information.

This is a Hugh Rip-off and google fi does not want to take responsibility for their system problem and their misleading advertisement information and lack of proper training of thier employees. I need to be refunded the money I have paid because it is their system glitch and therefore thier responsibility.

Huge Telecom Huge telecom cut our line for absolutely no reason About a week ago an area manager/Rep came to our auto body repair shop from Huge telecomm to explain that cell c had gone under and that he had to put in a new sim card on our landline. After he was done fiddling with the line we could no longer get incoming calls unless it was from a telkom line. We have been desperately trying to get this rectified and these guys are taking their time, we have basically been a week without a line to our business, meaning that we losing thousands in insurance because the assessors cannot contact us, also all the thousands spent on advertising is for naught because we have no line.

This was a very destructive action from this company to cut our line this way. Receiving calls is vital for us because of all the advertising that we do, not everyone goes to email us, the greater percent is on phone calls for people to book quotes and then they cannot get in touch. Clients are now emailing us in panic because they cannot phone us, this is unacceptable and this company is damaging our company in a time where one can definitely not afford it. There are obligations that must be met and not having a working line is a direct sabotage of the business. I will post about this daily on social media until it is handled and if I have to switch companies, I will make this known on social media too. The business needs its phone to work, people need to be paid and what this company is doing is unacceptable!

US Cellular Don't know where their inventory is and no concern for customer service Chicago Illinois

I was trying to get a wireless modem for my lake house in Maine. I could not get one locally as the local stores said they didn't have any. I could not order on line because I did not live where the modem was to be shipped. I called Executive Appeals and spoke with Patrick Foster who apparently reports to the CEO. He was horrible; condescending, officious and generally unfriendly. He clearly enjoyed telling me no. He made no effort to find a solution to the problem like shipping a modem to the store in Brewer, Maine.

Ultimately, my nephew went to the Brewer Maine store I had called 3 times only to discover they had a modem in the store the whole time but even the Store Manager who I talked to didn't know it. They seem to have no idea where there inventory is and they have no focus on customer service even in the CEO's office. I'd stay away from this company those are very serious problems.

I visited Zagreb, Croatia fall 2019 and needed a SIM card for my cellphone. I was there for 9 days. Hrvatski Telecom (T-Mobile) had on their website 7 days of unlimited internet for 85 kuna (11 €). I agreed to that and also paid 15 kuna for minutes of talking. I also said that I needed more time and asked if I could pay now for the extra days.

The gentleman said to wait after 7 days and then recharge for the extra day which was 10 kunas. It even says that on their website. The seven days were up and I returned to the same store. This time it was a female and told her what I wanted. An extra day for 10 kunas. She told me this offer does not exist. She said she can add three days for 30 kunas. I reluctantly agreed and paid the 30 kunas believing that I will get three more days.

Well, one day passed and my internet was gone. I don't remember if I could make a phone call either. Conclusion, she knowingly lied to me and charged me three times the amount for the extra day I wanted. Probably took advantage of me because my Croatian was poor and also I was a tourist. Stay away from that store and even T-Mobile S!mpa. Try A1.

Voip.ms is company that scams their clients by promising a reliable VOIP telephone service but faling to deliver on the promise and refusing to refund the fees.

Thie service is so unreliable that is practically unusable. I couldn't place calls to many phone numbers including police department! Imagine a situation of emergency when you pick up a phone and you can't get connected with police department because your phone provider can't connect!

But the worst is their customer service. If you encounter a connection problem after hours there is nobody to fix it. Ifyou call them during the day, they will refuse to help you over the phone and send you to an online portal where you most likely won't get any resolution.

Their English is so terrible that you sometime can't understand what they are saying and seems like the support is somewhere inLatin America. This in itself wouldn't be a problem if they knew what they aredoing, but they are truly so incompetent that is beyond believe.

What's worse, if you ask to talk to a supervisor or director of customerservice, you will never reach them as the customer support will make every effort to block you from reaching asupervisor. Obviously company managers don't give a fu%k about the clients, and customer support running without asupervision has the same attitude towards the client. My company used them for a while but due to endless problems withtheir service we switched to other SIP providers.

The company doesn't even provide an address on their website! This should have been the first warning sign.

QCITS VIRTUAL WORLD JEREMY CONNELL Charged me $2,825 for telemarketing services that were never done after 10 months Mississauga Ontario

QCITS is a Computer & Call Center Company based in Ontario

I was approached by their Virtual Telemarketing Director, as he responded to an ad our company posted looking for a telephone salesperson for commission basis. After a few lengthy discussions we proceeded to hire QCITS (www.qcits.ca), based out of Toronto Canada, to make sales phone calls for us.

Jeremy responded to the ad and said his company could handle the job, as they were doing it for many years and are very good at what they do. I looked on their website and they looked like a legitimate company. He told me it would be a one-time payment of $2,825 for “set up fee” and include the “call list”. They would then have their professionally trained callers get to work right away once they hired for the position.

I first hired QCITS in March 18th, 2019.

It is now January 27th 2020 (10 MONTHS LATER) and I had spoken to QCITS on numerous occasions over this term and was continuously told they were having a difficult time finding the right person but assured me it would be the following week. As our conversations continued, he said that he was having a tough time hiring somebody on a “commission basis” … I stated to him from the very beginning that this is how I wanted to structure the position. This was also in the original job posting he responded to… He said they could do it and reassured me they would have someone soon.

We even restructured our commission program for a much more favorable payout for their salesperson and still nothing had transpired.

We recently reached out again October 2019 (7 MONTHS LATER) and ask them for a refund as there has not been any phone calls made and no sales made. We have seen nothing and heard nothing but excuses for 6 MONTHS. We received a list of companies that QCITS had to purchase with these funds, which is only worth a few hundred dollars and we are now out $2,825 minus a list. They said the money was already spent on “set up the campaign and seating “…Whatever that means.

One month ago, we emailed him about switching to an hourly basis pay plan and asked what that structure would look like, just to see if we could help things along. After multiple emails he finally responded and said he would get in touch with us early next week.

The week has gone by and we have not heard back from him.

The way I see it, we put an ad on a local site and was contacted by someone from this ad, who said their company could do this for us based on their years of experience and virtual system. I trusted them and sent $2,825 and received nothing but my list.

I asked for my money back, minus the cost of this list and he told me that there will not be any refunds and the money was gone.

I feel completely “scammed “and taken advantage of by this company.

I do not recommend this company of course and am warning those who are looking at using this company.

1. Given me speakers as a gift for signing on with them. I noticed that my bill was substantially higher than it should be. When I studied my bill, I realized that Sprint was charging me for the speakers on a monthly basis. The speakers that were unsolicited by me and that were offered and given to me AT THE SPRINT STORE to me, as a gift for signing on with them.

2. My fathers X girlfriend walked into sprint on August 28th 2018 gave a false password ( you know the one they require if one wants to do anything in regards to their own account) ported out 3 of my telephone lines ( that I had for 5 years prior) and charged two phones to MY ACCOUNT WITH THE FALSEPASSWORD. They have her on film and they have a copy of her I.D.Her name is nothing near mine. Sprint did this and then tried to charge me for the two phones they let her charge to my account with a false password. I ended up with one line. They did NOTHING.

3. My Mother paid for my phone with her credit card. Two months later they reversed the charges. Told me I was responsible for that amount. Problem is? My Mother is very wealthy, has excellent credit but no one can tell my why they did that and to this day they have not credited her back. So basically they just stole the money.

4. I have not had phone service with sprint for 4 months for non payment. They havekept charging me for phone service that does not exist. I think my bill with sprint is $700.00 to date. For one basic unlimited cell phone line plus charges for iPhone. The bill is supposed to be around $90.00 per month.

I have spent hours and hours trying to address these things with SPRINT’S customer service, an embarrassing and exhausting amount of hours.

They don’t care in the slightest.

If there is anyone out there who is equipped to take them on? Not to mention that if a business needs to have their communications secure? I am here to tell you live and in person. SPRINT is not secure and they do not care about their customers in any way shape or form.

I can prove every single thing I have written. I am looking for an attorney who is willing to take Sprint on. I am also looking for someone in media who would like a good investigative story into the machinations of this company. I am beyond fed up. Sprint is betting on this. I AM NOT GOING TO WALK AWAY.

Ericsson Ericsson AB Refusal to pay invoices without reasonable explanation Stockholm

Our company signed a contract with Ericsson AB in March 2019 for the installation of telecommunications equipment. Our company fully completed our contractual scope, including submission of reports which were accepted and approved by Ericsson. Unfortunately, they refuse to pay our invoices.

In August 2019, we received an email from Ericsson’s Strategic Sourcing Manager directing us to settle a matter with another that was doing work for our company; otherwise the relationship between our company and Ericsson will be affected. We found out later, that the contractor has friends and family in Colombia and Panama offices of Ericsson.

Since the threat from the Sourcing Manager on behalf of the contractor, all invoices submitted by my company has been unpaid – some more than 90 days. The explanation received from Ericsson for the failure to pay our company is that the company did not complete the work for which invoices were submitted. Ericsson maintains this claim even after our company provided evidence that reports proving the work was completed were already accepted and approved by Ericsson. So Ericsson accepted and approved the work completed, but refuses to pay because we didn’t complete the same work.

It is clear to us that the explanation from Ericsson is baseless since they have all the means to veriy our work; our payments are obviously being held because of the threat from Sourcing Division. My company is proceeding with the legal dispute procedure; however, this behavior from Ericsson’s representatives is at best unethical and corrupt at worse.

Sprint Sprint Communications, in its entirety,Sprint Company Store, Zach Trautwein, Manager?, 4641 Lien Rd, Madison, Wi 53704 Advertise 100% Customer Satisfaction. Gave 0%. Poor transmission, poor reception, poor phones, run around about issues, delay any form of repair, unfair offer to terminate lack of service. Madison Wisconsin

Contracted for 5 business lines May 2019. First day had no connect/no reception issues. Told us to come in for new sim cards. Came in, none available, said would call, ship, text, emial. Did not. Came in they entered a reset code.

Did not fix issue, Came in they replaced sim card, did not fix issue. On the phone, Sprint personnel assured us that they would replace all 5 of the phones and send email confirmation. Last we heard from that employee.

Others hung up, transferred to wrong departments, provide bogue call back numbers that did not go the the correct individuals, generally obfucated the issue as much as possible, and offered no resolution, no customer satisfaction, really nothing.

One sent a device she assured us would improve the reception on 1 phone of the 5. Device was a data amp, would not, could not, never would resolve the issue. Took 2 requestes for Sprint to send a too small bubble package to return their device. Bounced from one person to another, almost all claiming the ability to resolve the issue, then hours later, transferring our call or disconnecting.

When one finally made an offer. It was ridiculous! Just terminate the contract. No refund for 7 months of no/poor service/reception. Yet they boldly mailed advertsing says good service and 100% customer satisfaction.

Be assured, they will give no customer satisfaction. They will delay, transfer, mis inform, promise something, never deliver. Still in disupte at this time, 12/09/2019.

Do not patronzie Sprint!

Easy sign-up, but hard to cancel. I sent several emails to cancel which were immediately responded to. I was told that to cancel I had to talk to one of their customer service reps.

After their continued refusal through email, I called the company and talked to Brad who was also the email person and when I told him to cancel the account, he sent me to voice mail. As of this time they have yet to cancel.

They are offering a turn key business opportunity reselling prepaid longdistance phone cards. they provide the locations. All you have to do is restock the product and collect the money. After pay for the business It took over 1 year to deliver the the any of the display units criticall to the business.

They only delivered a fraction of the cards that were paid for and they didn't find a single location to sell the cards. THey seem to know the legal difference between fraud and civil fraud. If they deliver a small amount of the promised business you need to take up the matter in civil court.

The net result of the transaction is they get the the money you get nothing. My advice is to stay away from these scammers.

Verizon Data Usage Scam

I had 10 Gb for several months and never went over my allotted amount on my jetpack. When I did, I doubled the gigs to 20Gb. After one month, I suddenly get an extra $100 added to my bill for going over 20 Gb. There is no way I went from staying within 10 Gb to 29 GB.

There is something fishy with that company and they just lost my business. I'll pay whatever it takes to get rid of them for my phone and Internet. I've been a customer for ten years and this if the first time I've been scammed by them.

Suddenlink Communications Fraudulent and deceptive customer service/advertising Cincinnatti Ohio

I called customer service due to having a connection issue with their internet. They scheduled a technician to be at my location between 10 am and 12 noon. I received a call at 9:59 am informing e that the technician was on their way or I could cancel the call and not be charged a $60 service fee! I cancelled the call! This is outrageous!

It's also false and deceptive!

They not only make fraudulent claims in their online and television advertising, they also overcharge their customers for ALL their services!

Cox Communications Cox Communications is a ripoff! They stole my money! San Diego CA

I have been trying for several years to get 2 billing disputes resolved with Cox Communications. The first is a fraudulent charge on an address that I did not live at. A few years ago, I filed complaints with the executive response team. They told me it would be resolved. It never was.

The second was for a home I lived in but I disputed the charges. I again asked the executive response team to handle it. They said they would. I swore that I would never be a customer of Cox. Unfortunately, I moved to an area that is only serviced by them.

In order to set up new service they extorted the past bills of over $800. Today, I spoke to Brian(badge 57833). He was absolutely no help and belligerent. I asked for documents related to my account. He said they only way I could get them was for me to take them to court and subpoena them. Why won't they just send them to me? They realize they are a monopoly and don't have to answer to anyone. I am asking for your help in getting my money back from both issues.

Ticket Fulfillment Services LP - big scam - don't buy from them. Ticketoffices.com They sold me theater tickets for the WRONG theater. No refund, no consideration, nothing. Said MY mistake. SEAFORD DELAWARE

I attempted to buy theater tickets for Lion King from Ticket Master but I was linked over to Ticket Fulfillment Services LP which is a "resale marketer". I had no idea that I was not dealing with Ticket Master. The tickets they sold to me were for the Minskoff Theater in NYC - $750.00 - when I was trying to purchase tickets for the Barbara B. Mann Theater in Ft Myers FL. Big difference !

When I requested a copy of my order history, they did send but I strongly suspect it was altered to make it my mistake. The copy I have of my order showed the request for Ft Myers. They were totally uncooperative. No refund or anything else. They just said they were sorry that I made a mistake.

No refunds - ever. At this point, I am disputing with American Express but I'm not very hopeful. Be careful. Stay away from this company and probably also Ticket Master because it was them that linked me to this other company without any information or consent.

EEOC Equal Employment Occupational Agency did not respond in reasonable time. Since deadline was comgn due, the agent asked a few questions, and in a day closed the case as no valid complaint. Denver Colorado

Note: I was laid off after 19.5 years, having multiple years of "exceeds" appraisals, age 65, Hispanic, no performance issues, over 40 years of experience (including 30 in first and middle management) with (2) BS Degrees, and a Masters degree.

Good information, but mostly irrelevant to your situation. There are 2 potential actions the EEOC could have looked at (a) Age, and (b) Race. However, simply being age 65 or being Latino doesn't mean you were discriminated against. However, you probably have a better case for age discrimination than a case for racial discrimination.

I suspect at the time you were laid off, you signed a release indicating you would not sue if you were provided some sort of severance. Now, severance would not release a company from liability regarding an EEOC complaint. BUT, an EEOC complaint is hard to make unless the discrimination is so obvious and companies just don't tolerate that sort of thing from their employees.

When you file with the EEOC, they will conduct an investigation. They will gather the facts from the company you worked for (generally from HR - since they have all of your employment records) and ask potential witnesses from the company. And yes, they have to ask people within the company, because there is no other option for the EEOC. If the EEOC investigates and finds no evidence of wrongdoing, they will close the case. If you appeal, the EEOC does not conduct a 2nd investigation - they will simply review over what was done by the first team of investigators. If the appeal finds no basis to overturn the initial decision, then that's pretty much it. Sounds like you appealed and that's it.

Losing a case doesn't mean the people at the EEOC are criminals. It means there was no discrimination.

Vodafone India Vodafone Worst Atrendants. Worst Customer Support. Not delivered what I paid for

To Mr. Sunil Sood and any other Vodafone Employees that (maybe) are interested in your customers. It took lots of tentatives and meditation techniques (learned here in India) to write a polite letter to you about everything I have passing to solve the issues I faced with Vodafone during te last month. Vodafone was my first choice to have a Sim Card once you are a prestigious global firm, and I would expect some quality standards in your operations to be followed here in India - It was not what happened.

Since the first day, when I was trying to buy a Sim Card, it has been a painful experience. I went straight to a official Vodafone Store in Jaipur (Vodafone Store Shop No. 103 & 104 P. No.93 Raghu Sapphire Opp ESI Hospital, Ajmer Rd, Madrampur, Roa, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302006 098280 98280 https://goo.gl/maps/hJ1J5Jfb6rA2 ) to make sure I would be avoiding any kind of SCAMS involving SIM cards (I was awarened about it). But, for my surprise, the SCAMS happens also inside the official Vodafone stores.

The attendance (Sachin) was very rude since te beginning. And tried to trick me by saying I should pay him 500 rupees in cash for the service of activation of the SIM card (he not even showed my options of plans, or ask me about what I would need - he started the conversation saying "Ok, You need to pay me 500.” "For what?” He insisted "500 rupees, now”). After a painful discussion he realized I would not pay until he shows me for what I was paying.

He tried again to enforce me to acquire a plan I did not want (3 months plan, and I need just for one) saying it was the only one available - It was clear that it was not, I could read it on the screen... but he insisted for more then 3 times on it. More discussion. More rude treatment. Then... he activated it on the plan I wanted. But on the next day, it was not working again. And I had to come back to the store to solve it (lost 1 more morning dealing with his rudeness). Ok. Now it was working... wrong.

After 9 days working, the data and voice plan suddenly stopped. And for my disaster, I would not have any Vodafone store close to me on next 8 days. No one in the customer care answered me (4 tentatives, waiting 40min on average in each one). No answer. Nothing but wait. When I arrived in Mysore, I went straight to the Vodafone Global Store to solve it. Wrong again! - Looks like they could do nothing for me but open a claim with the customer support - let me to be fair here.

They were the only employees that are trying to help me so far. Even they can not do much, I have a attendant ( Masada - if I am writing it right) who is being in touch with me trying to solve this issue). Today I lost my entire afternoon again with it. No customer support answer my calls in the official 198/ 199 numbers (even waiting more than 1 hour after the "machine” says it was supposed to be a 4min waiting. No one answer me on the web chat after spent 40 minutes sending messages and receiving the same answer "thank you for your patience, one of our attendants will answer your claim in a few minutes” - No. they never come to solve nothing.

This message is just my way to summarize all the bad experiences I had with the services you provide. To show to you, to my friends and to any other foreigners that pretend to come to India, why they should never buy your services. It will be a bitter taste to remember about my travel. But for my lucky, I will not have to deal with Vodafone anymore - not in India. Not in my country. Not in any other country I will visit for now on. Best Regards, PR

To avoid detection, he tries to pretend like he's a 'normal contributor' and then makes more accounts to commit abuse against myself. Check out a site known as Love Forum. It is full of his spam attacks. His ISP is a company in New Zealand, called Spark. They will once again be getting informed about his filthy posts and stalking, really soon.

They are kind of a scetchy company. They are a contracting company for installing directv and dish network. They pick and choose what installs to pay you for. When you look on the company website to see why you were not payed for certain installs it will say (not paying due to failure to notate account. So dish pays them for the install but instead of paying the tech they keep it and say you didnt notate account. You have to file complaints to get the money . finally after i was let go they decided not to pay me my final check of over $1400 also they keep a retainer of $1000, I never recieved this either. Be very careful contracting with this company they will rip you off without thinking twice about it.

Coastal Telecom Services Non Payment after work completed Nampa Idaho

Under the Coastal Telecom name we were hired to do work for this company; just one location organized with a Purchase Order. Work was performed, and invoice sent. I've spent the last year being lied to about order of payment and bankruptcy. If any one compilesa lawsuit action we will attest to our experience and charge as well. Now phone numbers and the accountant are no where to be found...but a new business has appeared in it's place.

On August 21st 2018 we were emailed by Ashley for a job at a local Walmart. We responded with the following:

Hi Ashley-

Upon further review of this ticket; if cabling is needed we no longer run cabling. Please advise if you want us to schedule to solely activate an existing jack. Our one hour minimum would apply with further hours being billed in half hour increments. Our trip charge is $xx.00 and hourly rate is $xx.00.

Later that afternoon:Ashley called about two tickets for tomorrow I confirmed rates with her for these as well and she verified no wiring will need to be run for the Walmart job.

Our tech weas scheduled for the following afternoon & upon arrival on site & calling to check in with Crosscom he called our office becausehe was stressed because they were saying we need to run cabling. Our office advised to double check but sign out explaining we can't do it if that is what we need to do but, that we were assured there would be no cabling needed when we scheduled the work.

Our tech was onsite for just under 1 hour & following are the notes regarding his work:

Arrived onsite and customer was unaware of my coming today. They expected me tomorrow. I was told only that the work was to be done before Friday. So this caused some confusion on the part of the manager at the store. I checked in with the IVR and started talking to Tech support. They stated that I was supposed to be running cable and even drilling through the freezer unit and installing conduit. I stated we don't normally do that and I didn't have the equipment.

I clarified that our office staff had spoken with Crosscom and made it clear that we don't run cable any more. Our office was told that the cable was already there I just needed to terminate it for network connectivity. I worked with the assistant store manager Marlene and we searched the area that the new Access Points were to go but we found no cables. I called Crosscom and let them know that there was clearly some miss communication and that we would not be able to complete the work because cabling was required. I let our office know and clocked out with the IVR.

Ashley then refused to pay our one hour minimum. She claims another company was sent out the following day, located the existing cable above the freezer in the hallway & made the required connections. At no time was our technician told that the cable was already there & above the freezer. The assistant manager was not aware of that nor was anyone our tech spoke to at Crosscom. This was a Walmart store so finding it was a needle in a haystack situation and this isn't the first time Crosscom has burned us on something like this.

As a result, we are done working for them.

My advice to anyone who still does work for them is to NEVER accept project work, only take service orders that start with an S so they won't flat rate you. The work they give as projects almost always takes significantly longer than they quote & getting paid for any additional will be one of the most frustrating things you go through dealing with them. It's as though they are bonused on how much they can screw their subs out of.

Onsite Mechanix Tim Mark Just took a good working part and replaced with another same part, charged me an unknown amount to my company and left with my part even though they i stated to leavs my part. also billed, excessively to my maintenance account without providing a receipt on site. upon calling to ask for my reeipt and part back was told no. just a fyi for this company. hope this doesnt happen to someone else. wawaka indiana

At first it start good, they will overcharge you for 10k 0.04 Euro per sms .

All works fine, you trust them , as soon as you put money for 100k sms at 0.015.

They will start stories with finance team etc for 5 days and then completely dissapear with your money

as i see 1n1sms.com and bsg.world have same client login area, and funny thing is (I alredy have an account with BSG with same username )

I never registered on BSG

BSG.WORLD have already multiple complains

SO my guess is that they open multiple sites in order to fool new customers
